Admission requires that each student meet one of the following:»
Social Security Card.
provide a copy of picture identification: Driver’s license, Identification Card, Passport, Green card, or Birth Certificate that proves US Citizenship.
Must have a High School Diploma, or its Equivalent (GED) and must be in English and approved by a State Card Agency.
If a student is unable to provide documentation that hear she graduated from a high school or received a GED certificate, must provide a notarized statement which identified the name and address of the school where they have received their education, or were awarded a GED certificate.
For Title IV eligibility, the student must have no previous default.
If male, the student must be registered with the selective services (For Title IV student only).
