School's admission requirements:

Have a High School Diploma, or its equivalent (GED).

If a student is unable to provide documentation that he or she graduated from a High School or received a GED certificate, must provide a notarized statement which identified the name and address of the school where they have receive their education, or were awarded a GED certificate.

Provide a copy of picture identification.

For Title IV elegibility, the student must have no previous default.

If male, the student must be registered with the Selective Services. (for Title IV student only).

Document needed before begining a student financial aid application (FAFSA).

Social Security Number.
Driver's License (if Any).
Your W-2 Forms and other records of money earn.
Your (and spouse's, if you are married) Federal Income Tax Return.
If you are a dependent student you we will need your parents Income Tax Return.
Your 2012 untaxed income records.

Veterans noneducation benefit records.
Child Support received.
Worker's compensation.

        permanent resident card
        (if you are not a U.S.
